Cancellation policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted via email to the Conference Secretariat.
- Cancellations received on or before August 2, 2025 will be eligible for a refund, minus a 30% administrative fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after August 3, 2025, or in the case of no-shows.
- All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
